You have 21 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and including all tags and manuals. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Items that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs.
  • Recommendation: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Restocking Fees

All change-of-mind returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the administrative costs, testing, and repackaging required to return the item to our inventory. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

5. Refund Process & Method

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Payment Method: All approved refunds will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
